Join my yoga classes and help me raise funds to give those less fortunate than us, an opportunity to improve their lives.
You are welcome to join the classes for free, but if you are able to, I would urge you to donate to one of the charities below.
I know that the funds we can raise even from a small yoga class will make a difference.
The classes will be 30 minutes long and will be held on Zoom. Join me on the last Friday of each month at 12 pm (look at that, perfect for a lunch-break yoga session!)
At the end of each class, you can let me know what you would like to for the following month’s class (e.g. focus on strength, a full Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) session, try out some meditation, any philosophical topic…)

Signups will close an hour before the class begins.
Can’t make it to the live class? Not to worry! Classes will be uploaded to my YouTube channel the following week, after some editing. You will be able to donate to the charities at any time following the links in the video’s description.
