Whenever we’re breathing we are repeating a mantra that represents this connection, the mantra ‘So Ham’ (or ‘ o Hum’) which means ‘I am That’, ‘I am one with the Universe and all of creation’.
This mantra is very simple but very effective to get rid of tensions, and it makes use of our breathing to achieve a meditative state.
We’ll practice this mantra with an exercise. So, find a peaceful space and take a few minutes to yourself. Sit in a comfortable position that allows you to keep your spine straight, and turn off your phone.
