Relax, destress and rejuvenate in my online hatha yoga classes while practicing in the comfort of your own space.
Step into the new week with the right foot, energise your body and calm your mind, free your brain from overload. Rejuvenate through breathing exercises, explore poses to release tensions and strengthen the muscles without strain. Maintain the balance throughout the day with meditation and deep relaxation.
All classes are divided into 6-week courses and are held weekly on Zoom. In each course we work together on one sequence only, starting from the easiest version and working our way up. Modifications are always offered.

Please secure your booking at least 1 hour before class so I can make sure everybody has the link and all is working fine.
I will start the call 10 minutes early, so everybody can test their tech. I kindly ask you to have your camera on, and your mic muted.

For completely new students, I will ask you to complete a student waiver before class. This is mandatory, and it will help me help you better. Upon completion, you will receive the Zoom link.
