These private 1 hour classes are designed for you, appropriately for your level of experience and the issues you wish to address. They are carried out online (via Zoom or Skype) so you may practice in the comfort of your own home.
They may be best for you if:
You are new to yoga;
You have chronic pain or an injury;
You are interested in developing a safe, effective home practice;
Your schedule makes it difficult to get to group classes;
You simply like having the teacher’s undivided attention!
For completely new students, I will ask you to complete a student waiver before class. This is mandatory, and it will help me help you better. A free 30-minute call can be scheduled prior to our first session to discuss your needs.
Small group sessions also available.
You may book a single session as needed, or a bundle of 4 classes to be scheduled for whenever you’d like within a 3 month period for 20% off.
In the event of any technical issues, you will be able to reschedule, as this is unpredictable.
Booking is recommended to be made at least 48 hours in advance. This assures that you can get a time slot that works best for you and any changes to your booking (if need be) can be made within 12hrs prior to the session.
The class will only be scheduled upon payment (unless agreed otherwise).
Wrongfully using my services, any rude or inappropriate behaviour or questions will result in cancellation of class/future classes with no refund.
