ONLINE YOGA CLASSES

Group Hatha Yoga Classes (Online)

Relax, destress and rejuvenate in my online yoga classes.

Step into the new week with the right foot, energise your body and calm your mind, free your brain from overload. Rejuvenate through breathing exercises, explore poses to release tensions and strengthen the muscles without strain. Maintain the balance throughout the day with deep relaxation.

These classes feature gentle yoga sequences which will leave you feeling energised, refreshed, and peaceful.

Practice in the comfort of your own home and your own space.

Online Classes are held through Zoom and are available for students to re-watch throughout the week and practice at any time.

All classes are divided into 6-week courses. In each course we work together on one sequence only, starting from the easiest version and working our way up. Modifications are always offered.

Schedule

Sundays 10 am – 11 am

Course dates (2021): Jan 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14 (6 week course).

Please secure your booking at least 1 hour before class so I can make sure everybody has the link and all is working fine.

I will start the call 10 minutes early, so everybody can test their tech. I kindly ask you to have your camera on, and your mic muted.

Prices

You can drop-in (booking necessary) or book this as a Full Course for a discounted price (over 20% off).

If you’re interested in the full course after it has already started, or if you are going through financial hardship, please contact me so we can discuss some options.

You can book by purchasing the class below through PayPal.

Bank transfer is available if you are UK based or have a UK bank account, please get in touch with me.

Cost: Full Course £47 or drop-in £10.

For completely new students, I will ask you to complete a student waiver before class. This is mandatory, and it will help me help you better. Upon completion, you will receive the Zoom link.
